Community Health Improvement Partners (CHIP) would like to inform the community that after four incredible years the ILA Alameda chapter has discontinued service as of March 31, 2022. However, we have left the Alameda Chapter list of qualified homes with the effective date of March 31, 2022. Any questions regarding CHIP and the Alameda can be directed to Info@sdchip.org. We want to take this time to acknowledge that throughout this amazing journey with CHIP, Housing Consortium of the East Bay, Community Members, and the ILA Alameda Operators have made meaningful strides to spread knowledge through education about ILA homes. Our goal has been to improve Operator’s business knowledge and provide high-quality homes. Housing has provided a safe foundation to rebuild tenant lives and that’s all because of the dedication to providing quality housing. And by doing this, these changes have impacted the lives of so many in this industry and left it better than how it was found it in 2017. In the end, together, we have made a difference in many underserved communities throughout Alameda County.
