While Community Health Improvement Partners (CHIP) and the Independent Living Association (ILA) will treat all complaints with sensitivity and respect, CHIP and the ILA make no guarantee or representation regarding the confidentiality of information provided through the ILA’s complaint process, whether in person, via phone or in writing. By submitting a complaint to the ILA, you acknowledge and agree that CHIP and the ILA reserve the right to use and disclose any information received from you for CHIP’s and the ILA’s research and enforcement purposes.
