Additional Details/Description

Momentum For Health’s Supportive Housing Program (SHP) is a temporary, mental health services program available to Momentum Clients only. This program supports clients in developing skills necessary for acquiring and maintaining safe, stable, and permanent housing. Supportive Housing Specialists are available onsite to support this skill development. 11th Street offers private and shared rooms in shared living environments. Amenities are provided such as washer, dryer, and cleaning supplies. While meals are not prepared for clients, food is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Program Duration: 9-12 months.
